Utopia w Phnom Penh?

In the April issue of Architektura i Biznes, an interview with me and Katarzyna Janas was published, in which we spoke about our experiences with creating a participatory project for the residents of communities living around Boeng Tompun Lake in Phnom Penh. More than three thousand economically excluded people, living without social security, were at risk of forced eviction from their homes.
