Gdynia Orłowo Housing Cooperative

A multi-family building in Gdynia Orłowo, developed as part of a housing cooperative, was developed as a grassroots initiative by three families to meet their own housing needs. The project provided an opportunity for a holistic approach to the process, encompassing all aspects of coordination, documentation, construction organization, and supervision.

A complex of prefabricated buildings with external staircases and balconies. The main building houses three residential units with areas of approximately 86 m². A rooftop terrace, accessible to all residents, offers views of Orłowo and the surrounding forests.
